Conditions for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following guidelines:

  • Product Defects: You own the right to return or replace a product if it’s defective, damaged, or not like what was advertised. If a product doesn’t fulfill the mentioned quality standards, we accept full responsibility and proceed on fair terms. 
  • Incorrect Orders: We don’t ask for any extra cost to correct our mistake. If an incorrect product is delivered, we can claim a return or replacement. 
  • Unused and Unopened Products: As long as the product is untouched and is in its original packaging, you can return it if you have changed your mind after receiving the order. To claim the refund, the replacement must be completed within fourteen days of delivery.

Items That Cannot be Returned

Some items are not returnable depending on their condition and circumstances. 

  • Customized products: As long as there is no error or defect from our side, individualized or customized carpets made according to your specifications cannot be returned. 
  • Clearance or Sale Items: Returns are not applicable for products bought at a discount or during a clearance sale unless they are damaged. 
  • Installed or Damaged Products: You can’t return a product once it has been installed or used, and there is no prominent wear and tear during delivery. 

How to Get Your Refund Started? 

Just follow the given steps if you think you are eligible to return an item.

  • Receive Return Authorization

Once we review your request, your Return Authorization (RA) number will be issued. Carefully add this number to all letters and labels because it is needed to process your return. 

  • Prepare the Product For Return

Pack the item safely in the container it was sent in. Verify that you have added all the related materials, like any accessories or instruction notes. Now deliver the product to the address mentioned by our customer support team and don’t forget to add the RA number in it. 

  • Get a Refund or Replacement

Your refund will be issued or replaced wil be processed as soon as the returned item is received and inspected thoroughly. You will get your refund in seven to ten business days. If the product can be replaced, we will send a new one as early as possible and at no additional cost.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Shipping cost will be implemented as per the condition. 

  • Defective or Incorrect Product: Shipping cost will be on us in the case of an error in the product or wrong delivery. 
  • Change of Mind: You will have to pay the shipping charges if returning an item due to a change of mind.
